The Project Brief
In preparation for re-marketing this building by the landlord we were required to completely redecorate and carpet the office areas.
Our Approach
The 4 week programme for this project allowed us to uplift all the existing carpet tiles and clear the site in preparation for our decoration team to make good and prepare all the internal damaged surfaces which included re-plastering a number of walls. The brief was to match existing walls colours which on completion with the new carpet tiles gave the building a clean and inviting style for any new prospective tennants.
The Outcome
The project was completed within the timescale allocated by the landlord and was ready for their marketing agents to advertise the property.
